Resolutions of Geneva meeting

1.  DMP elects Leonardo Chiariglione, Touradj Ebrahimi, Tiejun Huang and Kyuheon Kim as members of the Board of Directors for a two-year term. Marina Bosi is confirmed as Treasurer of the Association.
2. DMP approves the proposal of the Board of Directors not to assess membership fees for 2010 in view of the efforts made during that year to redesign the future objectives of the Association. The Members that have paid their dues for 2010 need not do so for 2011
3.  DMP notes that the membership fees for 2011 will be 1,500 CHF
4. DMP approves the 2009 accounts (dmp1307) and the 2011 provisional accounts (dmp1308)
5. DMP approves the Draft Core OCTV Specification (dmp1312). The Specification is public
6. DMP invites its members and interested parties to provide comments on the Draft Core OCTV Specification. Areas of particular interest are: architecture for Core OCTV Clients and intention to take up particular areas in the C-OCTV Platform for implementation
7. The following have been identified as possible areas for Platform software development
   1.  LASeR (encoder and decoder), UI widgets
   2. Metadata for search
   3. Media Framework, Sink-side key management and decryption, general client environment
   4. Server management and encryption, search, relational DB
   5. Server architecture and server engines
   6. More server engines
8. DMP will hold its next meeting in Torino on 2011/07/16, if the 2011/07/23 date will not be available for the 31^st GA meeting
9. DMP thanks the ITU-T, in particular Messrs Simão Ferraz de Campos Neto and Richard Gonzales  for providing excellent meeting facilities for GA30
