2.      Protocol to query the CRAu to know what Agency issued a given Identifier

a.       Device sends Identifier

b.      CRAu returns URL of CID of Agency that issued the given Identifier

3.      Additional Domain Management Protocols

a.       DMD discovery

                                                   i.      Search for appropriate subset of DMDs

                                                 ii.      Response is DMD ID, Status, ...

b.      Domain discovery

                                                   i.      Search for appropriate subset of Domains

                                                 ii.      Response is Domain ID, Status, ...

c.       Domain splitting

                                                   i.      Request to split Domain into N Domains (rich data structure to be defined)
