The principal objective of the meeting is to produce new working drafts of IDP-2 AD #2, #3, #4. This will be done, where relevant, in consultation with other ad hoc group meeting at the same venue

The following airports may be used
The meeting is just before the Winter Olympics due to begin on the 10th of February. By that time flights may be well packed so that early booking is highly recommended
Rooms have been reserved at Castello di San Giuseppe. Rooms will be kept only until
15th of December
After that date rooms will be released. Even though it may be possible to find rooms in the area after that date, this cannot be guaranteed because the Winter Olympics are taking all available rooms within a circle of several tens of km around Turin.
The Castle has a range of rooms from suites to single rooms. The deal negotiated makes all rooms available at 115.00 EUR. breakfast and lunch included (beverages not included in lunch) on a first come - first served basis.
