Resolutions of GA21

1.      DMP approves the following document

2.      DMP delays the convening of the Annual Meeting until GA22 and requests the Board of Directors to

1.      Seek the opinion of the membership on the continuation of the DMP as per Art. 14.2 using dmp1212 as a summary of DMP achievements and plans

2.      Nominate candidates to the post of Directors

3.      DMP approves the following document

4.      DMP understands that MPEG is developing the 2^nd edition of the Media Streaming Application Format (MSAF) and suggests that its members bring into MPEG a proposal to extend MSAF to support LASeR and the Digital Item Declaration Amendment on Presentation of Structured Information so as to make WIM TV aligned with MSAF.

5.      DMP encourages its members to align the WIM TV trial service to the MSAF as outlined in Resolution 4. and to donate it to ISO/IEC as reference software of MSAF

6.      DMP sees the Open Media Marketplace (OMM) described in dmp1215 as an interesting candidate for development in the next 5-year term and encourages its members to study the matter in ad hoc group N64

7.      DMP invites its members to bring proposals of payment/cashing systems that could be interfaced to Chillout

8.      DMP approves the following ad hoc groups

9.      DMP requests its members to consider the proposed elements of the work plan outlined in dmp1212 when deciding on the continuation of the DMP for another 5 year term. Additional proposals of activities are welcome.

10.  The Board of Directors informs that the IDP-3.2 specification has been printed and that two copies are available for each DMP member
