Resolutions of Stockholm meeting

  1. DMP acknowledges the report made by the chairman of the OCTV Implementation Submissions Evaluation Committee. The members of the committee had no conflict of interest and made their assessments based on an agreed table of parameters against which the submissions were judged. Two proposals were considered of high quality but one had an edge over the other and therefore the committee would pursue negotiation with this proposal as a priority.
  2. DMP congratulates the committee on the likely positive outcome of the OCTV Implementation CfP.
  3. DMP considers the following options to maximise the value of its investments in the OCTV Implementation
    1. As planned, DMP gives licence of the OCTV implementation to DMO members
    2. DMP releases the software of the OCTV Source and Sink and places the Server in a public web site for interested people to experiment with
    3. DMP donates the OCTV implementation to an organisation
      1. Having an objective comparable to DMPís
      2. Promising to extend the OCTV implementation
    4. DMP does itself point 3., if more members join
  4. DMP will hold its next meeting in Shanghai on 2011/10/18
